Certain study tips are proven to be more beneficial and yield better results than others. I will guide you along with some of the best study tips.

Organise Your Room

Before you begin your day, make sure you organise your room. Your room is like a small container inside which a reaction is to be taken place the whole day! Arrange your bed. Organise it the way you love to.

Make sure everything is placed in the right position. Certain positioning of books can distract or change your mood. Be careful! Studies have already shown that the environment has the maximum tendency to impact your productivity.

Drink Enough Water

Stay hydrated. Drink enough water. At least 7–9 glasses of water per day. This will ensure to keep your body in balance and at a good metabolic rate. Besides, it will also ensure to keep you are healthy and strong.

Remember,

Good health is the key to happiness. And happiness is the key to a calm mind. A calm mind is a key to productivity.

Next time make sure you carry a water bottle on your study table.

Get Enough Sleep

Don’t devoid yourself of good sleep. It is crucial for your brain. Sleep at least 7–8 hours. Not more than or less than that. You can divide your sleeping hour into two phases for better results.

  • 6 hours at night.
  • 1 hour at noon.

This will ensure you better productivity. Getting 1 hour of sleep at the noon will ensure a good reset and better productivity.

Do Regular Exercises

Thirty to Fifty push-ups are enough. If you want to go further do a morning walk or run at least 1 km per day in the morning.

How does it help?

It increases your breathing rate and will have a good impact on respiration. This will have a good impact on your metabolic rate.

Take Regular Breaks While Studying

A Five minutes break after every thirty minutes study session. And a 10-minute break after every two-session study session. And repeat the process until 3 processes then take 30 minutes long break.

How does it help?

Taking a short break will ensure your brain doesn’t get exhausted. Negligence to this might lead to the poor performance of the brain and less productivity.
